Day 4 of 15 (2nd leg)
Day 19 of 46
Arrived in Montevideo, Uruguay @ 700am. Beautiful weather, sun shinning Bright. It was a little after 900am before the port authorities granted permission to disembark the ship. We hopped in a free shuttle bus to a leather shop downtown. From there we walk all over the entire city, what a beautiful place. I think we walked probably 5 or 6 miles. (my feet & legs are sure hurting this evening) Cobble stone streets. Walked all the way back to the ship. So we were walking for 5 hours YIKEsss.
Was wonderful getting to tell George and Blake “Happy Birthday” today. We had a really good connection.
Royal Caribbean provided a live “Tango” show on board tonight. It was awesome. There was a band consisting of a piano player, Cello, accordion, & violin with 2 female and 2 male dancers. We really enjoyed every minute of it, the dancers were professional.
We arrive early in the morning in Buenos Aries, Argentina, we will be there for 2 days. We have an excursion scheduled for a “city tour, dinner and another tango show tomorrow. Also have an excursion for a tour on Saturday.
We changed back to late seating, it was just to early for us to be ready to eat @ 6pm. (That’s our nap time)…
Short blog today. Prob won’t have time tomorrow to blog.
